New Feature - Line Item Templates

In this article, we will how how priced line items can be saved to a Customer as a Line Item Template. This allows for the reuse of items already priced to be quickly added to a new Sales Quote. This feature is useful for repeat orders. See our other articles to learn how to use SmartQuote to determine a price and add the configuration to a Quote.

With a Line Item added to a Quote, we can save the Line Item as a template as shown below.

Velosity Quote - Save Template

This template is added to the Customer. From the Customer detail view, templates saved can be added to any Quote in DRAFT status. This feature is a faster way to Quote repeat orders.
